Feta-Stuffed Olives

Green olives stuffed with cheese on a platter, surrounded by cheese crackers and sliced prosciutto.

These savory bites are everything you love about Mediterranean snacking—salty, creamy, and full of bold flavor. Briny green olives are stuffed with a garlicky feta and herb mixture, making them the perfect pairing for a crisp martini or an easy addition to a cheeseboard. They come together in minutes but taste like you picked them up from a specialty deli.

What you'll need:
1/2 cup block feta, crumbled
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
1 small garlic clove, minced
20–25 large green olives (like Castelvetrano or Queen), pitted

How to make it:
In a small bowl, mash feta with olive oil, garlic, and herbs.

Use a piping bag or small spoon to stuff each olive.

Chill and serve with toothpicks or alongside a martini.

Tips:

  • Use a small piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut off for easier stuffing.

  • You can prep these 1–2 days ahead and refrigerate.

  • Want them warm? Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes for a melted, savory bite.
