Sweet Potato Hash

What a wholesome way to start your day. Crispy potatoes, fried to perfection, and eggs just the way you like them. Hardy and delicious.

What you'll need: Serves 2
1 sweet potato
6-10 mini white/gold potatoes
1-2 eggs
A few dashes of garlic powder
onion powder
dried parsley
paprika
salt & pepper

How to make it:
ice a handful of mini white potatoes and one sweet potato. Fry it up in a little olive oil in a skillet on medium heat to get that crispy sear on the potatoes. Stir often enough so they don’t burn, but not too often they release all of the starch and get mucky. Season with a few dashes of garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley and paprika while cooking. Salt and pepper to taste.

Fry up eggs just the way you like it and you have yourself a hardy, nutritious and delicious breakfast.

I also like to add Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage for added protein. Dice one link up the same size as the potatoes and fry all together. It's the perfect addition to this meal.
No added sugars involved so this makes this meal Whole30 approved. On trend for my new year resolution!
